1) Who Can Benefit?

Real and legal persons registered in the National Farmer Registration System or the National Animal Registration System can apply.
They must be registered in the National Animal Registration System until the date of the final payment request.
Public legal entities and legal entities with more than 25% public share cannot apply (except agricultural chambers).
Individuals between the ages of 18–65 (or authorized representatives in legal entities) can apply.
They must be registered in the tax system and have no tax/social security debts.
A diploma in agriculture, veterinary or related fields, or at least 3 years of agricultural experience is required.


2) Supported Areas and Support Components

Supported investments:

Construction of meat, milk, and egg facilities
Procurement of machinery–equipment, services, and visibility expenses

Capacity limits:

Milk production: 10–150 cows, 5–50 buffalo, 75–800 sheep, 75–800 goats
Red meat: 30–250 cattle, 10–50 buffalo, 75–500 sheep, 75–500 goats
Poultry meat: 15,000–100,000 broilers (organic: 3,000–20,000), 1,000–10,000 turkeys, 400–4,000 geese
Eggs: 20,000–100,000 laying hens

Special restrictions:

In 11 provinces/52 districts with water scarcity, new large-scale livestock facilities cannot be established.
In the poultry sector, 39 new provinces are supported, and in 81 existing provinces, modernization and capacity increase are eligible.
In the egg sector, only existing facilities are eligible.

Support limits:

Milk/meat: €20,000 – €750,000
Eggs: €20,000 – €500,000
Broiler/turkey: €20,000 – €375,000
Geese: €20,000 – €125,000
Exchange rate: €1 = 46.6818 TL (9th Call Period)

Grant rate:

60%
70% for producer organizations or organic farmers
+5% (under 40 years old), +5% (mountainous areas)
+10% for wastewater, renewable energy, and circular economy investments
Total grant rate cannot exceed 75%

Eligible expenses: Construction works, machinery–equipment, software, on-grid renewable energy investments, consultancy, license/patent, visibility expenses.
Non-eligible expenses: Land/building purchase, second-hand equipment, rent, livestock purchase, operating expenses, taxes, insurance, penalties.

Investment durations:


Projects without construction: max. 9 months
Projects with construction: max. 18 months


3) Application Period

15 September 2025 (09:00) – Start
03 November 2025 (18:00) – Online system closure
14 November 2025 (18:00) – Final deadline for physical documents
