New Support Program from KOSGEB for Technology Centers
The Program Covers a Wide Scope from the Establishment and Operation of Technology Centers, to Improving Their Performance and Commercializing Entrepreneurial Ideas.
With the new support model, KOSGEB aims to create a lasting transformation in our country’s innovation ecosystem by supporting the development of technology-oriented enterprises.
Continuous Application, 10-Year Support Period
The Technology Center Support Program will remain open to applications continuously for 10 years.
Within the program, up to 5 million TL per year will be provided for each support category with a 100% support rate.
Support amounts will be updated annually based on the average of CPI and PPI rates, and early payment options will also be offered.
The program consists of three main components:

Establishment Support: Encourages the creation of technology centers.

Performance Support: Ensures sustainable operation of the centers.

Acceleration Support: Supports entrepreneurs' product development and commercialization processes.
Establishment and Performance Supports will be non-repayable, while Acceleration Support will be repayable.
Within the renewed Technology Center Support Program, both TEKMERs and the entrepreneurship culture’s breeding grounds, “Entrepreneurship Offices (GO)”, will be supported together.
Thus, technology centers, TEKMERs and entrepreneurship offices will work in coordination to help entrepreneurs commercialize their innovative ideas.
The scope of support includes personnel, software, training, consultancy, event organization, and promotional expenses.
An Inclusive Approach to the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem
The program will be implemented with the goal of creating an inclusive ecosystem across the country and aims to expand Technology Centers nationwide.
In this way, young entrepreneurs and innovative businesses will have equal opportunities throughout the country.
Institutions such as universities, organized industrial zones, technology development zones, chambers, stock exchanges and exporters’ associations will also be able to apply.
Strengthening the TEKMER Model
The TEKMER model, developed by KOSGEB to date, has made a significant contribution to turning entrepreneurs’ ideas into products and bringing them to market.
As of 2025, 39 TEKMERs are operating across Turkey, hosting over 800 technology startups.
The total support provided to TEKMERs has exceeded 132 million TL.
The new support program will carry this success into a more sustainable structure.
Contribution to Türkiye’s 2030 Vision
As one of the most important steps toward the “100,000 tech startups by 2030” target stated in the Industry and Technology Strategy Document, the Technology Center Support Program will strengthen Türkiye’s R&D and innovation capacity.
By spreading technology-based production and entrepreneurship culture across the country, the program will support entrepreneurs in competing on a global scale.
