The 2025 Second Call for the Industrial R&D Support Program Has Been Announced.

Who Can Benefit?
Only SMEs are eligible to apply for the program.
The objectives for SMEs include:

Increasing international competitiveness and developing products targeting the international market

Acquiring competitive domestic technologies in areas dependent on foreign technologies

Developing technological products with strong commercialization potential
-
Gaining the ability to conduct joint R&D and innovation projects
-
Supporting project-based research, technology development, and innovation activities
-
Gaining the ability to conduct R&D and innovation projects in cooperation with universities
-
Supported Areas and Support Elements
Within the framework of the innovation definition, R&D projects are supported in areas such as:

Producing a new product

Developing or improving an existing product
-
Increasing product quality or standards
-
Developing new techniques or new production technologies that reduce costs
Support Elements:

Projects supported under the program are funded based on the eligible expenditure amount per period, applying the fixed support rate.

The support rate for each period of the project is fixed at 75%.

The maximum support duration is 24 months per project. Upon request and evaluation, it may be extended up to 36 months.
Eligible cost items:

Personnel expenses

Travel expenses of project personnel within the scope of the project: intercity and international economy class transportation by plane, train, bus, or ship

Purchase of equipment, software, and publications

Material and consumable costs

Domestic and international consultancy services and other service procurement costs

Application Period
The 1501 Industrial R&D Support Program will be implemented through budget-based calls opened twice a year. The 2nd Call for 2025 was opened on 21/07/2025. Applications will be accepted until 22/09/2025 at 23:59.
